Eligibility:
i. Exemption from furnishing of Bank Guarantee in Schemes under Foreign Trade Policy ii. Status Holders of specified sectors are eligible for additional duty credit @ 1% of FOB value of exports from 01.04.09 - 31.03.12. iii. Status Holders of Agricultural Sector are eligible for Agricultural Infrastructure Incentive Scrip - additional duty credit @ 10% (incl. V.K.G.U.Y benefits) of FOB value of exports from 01.04.09 - 31.03.10. iv. Fixation of Input-Output norms on priority within 60 days. v. 100% retention of foreign exchange in EEFC account vi. Authorization and Customs Clearances for both imports and exports on self-declaration basis vii. SEHs and above are permitted to establish Export Warehouses, as per DoR guidelines. viii. For status holders, a decision on conferring of ACP Status is communicated by Customs within 30 days from receipt of application with Customs. lX. Exemption from compulsory negotiation of documents through banks. |
