ROPP Cap Sealing Machine |

We also manufacture an extensive range of ROPP cap sealing machine that are available in various capacities to seal caps on bottles irrespective of the sizes and shapes of bottles. These ROPP cap sealing machine are fully automatic machine that are robustly constructed and enabled with vibrator or rotary cap feeding hopper, slat conveyor for the incoming and outgoing bottles.
Features:
- It is designed to seal metallics caps/plastic screw caps of various sizes on the bottles fed on continuous line
- An in feed worm & star wheel of appropriate size ,transfer the incoming bottles with caps and feed it under the sealing head
- The synchronized movement of the bottles and the sealing mechanism provides perfect sealing
- The sealed bottles are then further transported by another star wheel and outgoing slat conveyor of the machine
- The driving mechanism is in the bottom cabinet for the main motor, which drives the centre shaft along with, the sealing heads

We have engineered automatic cap feeder that are desired to to stock the caps and to transport the caps to the vibrator or rotary cap feeder of sealing machine, with the fitted electric air blower and a electromagnetic element for easy flow of caps when needed by the sealing machine.

Screw Capping Machine |

We also offer technological updated screw capping machine that are fully automatic and robustly constructed. These screw capping machine are also provided with a vibrator or rotary cap feeding hopper that increases the accuracy of the machine. These machines are able to handle a broad range of conventional and pilfer-proof aluminum caps at speeds of up to 500 per minute.

- It is fully automatic and is of robust construction, complete with a vibrator or rotary cap feeding hopper
- A build in slat conveyor for the incoming and outgoing bottles

Slat Conveyor |

We have also designed and developed a wide variety of slat conveyors that are used in various industries such as food and pharmaceuticals, where rapid speed and accuracy is of utmost importance, plus they also have the ability to be washed down for hygiene purposes. Manufactured with high grade acetal or stainless steel slat, side flexing for bend sections, these slat conveyors have been widely demanded in food industry.
Advantage:
- The advantage of using slats, is that the can open up slightly around a bend therefore a very tight radius can be achieved - Usually 2.5 times the width (as a rule of thumb).
- The slats are usually manufactured from acetal (a hard heat resistant plastic) or stainless steel and range from a width of 200mm to 500mm.
- The low friction allows ideal situations for the accumulation of products, waiting to enter machines such as labelers and packaging machines.
Slat Conveyor Configurations:
- Slat Width: Standard sizes are from 40mm to 400mm.
- Drive Type: External (shaft mounted) motor.
- Slat Type: Usually for the food industry the slats will be either acetal or stainless steel.
