YSD CNC Tandem Press Brake (Twin Press Brake / JCO Press Brake)

YSD CNC Press Brakes are manufactured using the most modern and state of art plant, under Technology from LVD – Belgium who are amongst the largest manufacturers of the device in the world today. These machines also have to their credit a 6000T Press Brake and a 16 M x 13 mm shear that is regarded as one of the world’s largest.

YSD Press Brakes provide optimal accuracy and are renowned for giving the best possible bend results. The control technology makes use of two linear encoders mounted on two sides of the machine and these measure the exact distance between the ram and worktable. The encoders are connected to the table so that there is zero variation due to frame deflection. The controllers ensure that the ram and worktable are parallel at all times. In addition to this, a programmable crowning system for the V-axis automatically compensates for table deflection.
