KV 400 is a simple machine to recover tablets / capsules / dragees from damaged or incomplete blister packs, A damaged or incomplete pack is inserted between two guides and pushed manually inside,

9 adjustable wheels grips and draws the pack under a rubberized roller. The rubber roller presses down on the blister cavities pushing out the product. The machine adjustable to suit most pack sizes. The machine is suitable to open aluminum foil as well as glossing foil. Opened product is collected in a box and packaging material is collected at the back. Once this process is done then you put the capsule in a hopper which will open the capsule will out you having to open the capsule manually  the powered is collected  in a container  and the empty capsule come out for the other end

Procedure:

• Firstly, the empty containers are fed manually or automatically through turn table
• Thereafter the empty containers are carried out by the belt conveyor up to the filling station
• Filling station is the next proceeding area where containers are selected and pushed forward though a chute on a platform below the filling nozzles
• The procedures results in take place of the filling operation
• Later, when the filling subsequent batches of containers are filled it is further pushed forward on the collection platform where the process goes on with an accuracy of +/- 0.1%
