YSD Hydraulic Shearing Machines with NC Option (NC Hydraulic Shearing Machine)

YSD Hydraulic Shearing machines with Variable Rake Angles are manufactured by YSD in a Modern State of the Art Plant, under the best manufacturing practices. YSD Hydraulic Shearing machines also called Guillotine Shears have a unibody construction are vibration stress relieved to make sure that stability and accuracy are of the highest standard. These machines come with the most advanced hydraulic systems with unquestionable reliability. Machine components are selected in accordance to international standards such as DIN or ISO. The machine also has overload protection.

Three pairs of rollers are used for blade beam guiding so that an accurate, straight & vertical edge can be obtained. This ensures that there is complete reduction of burrs and friction between the upper and lower blades.

YSD Shearing machines are designed to be Variable Rake Angle Machines. This rake angle is controlled using buttons on the control panel and allows the machine to cut various thicknesses. In addition to this these shearing machines are equipped with a hand-wheel to adjust blade clearance in a very rapid, accurate and convenient manner.

The cutting length of these machines can also be adjusted to suit the job that needs to be done. Thereby increasing efficiency, speed and life of the blades. Shadow Line Lighting is also provided on these hydraulic shears to ensure accurate and easy positioning of the sheets. For easy clamping of sheets for cutting, these shearing machines are provided with a Hydraulic Hold-down arrangement.

In addition to the above a security fence that is painted in a bright colour for safety is provided for the protection of the operator.

These Hydraulic Shearing machines can also be equipped with NC (numerically controlled) & CNC Controllers. Industry standard Delem controllers are used on our Hydraulic NC Shearing Machines & Hydraulic CNC Shearing Machines.

NC Shearing machines help improve production and minimize operator error by providing a number of functions such as pre-programmed lengths to be cut in a sequential manner, stock counters etc.

CNC Shearing Machines provide complete automation of the entire cutting process and can be synchronized with YSD Hydraulic CNC Press Brakes to provide a seamless work flow with minimum operator involvement.

PANTHER Precision All Geared Lathe Machine - 1350/1650 Series

PANTHER All Geared Precision Lathe 1350/1650 Series is our premier product and over 1,000 Lathes have been installed all over India in a wide variety of verticals with a large number of them being exported to various parts of the world.

This series provides a center height of 175mm and 215 mm and the center distance ranges from 540mm to 1500mm. All components used are of the highest quality and every step of the manufacturing process is meticulously controlled to realize a high quality product.

The bedways are flame hardened while the headstock is hardened and profile ground. The precisely ground alloy steel spindle is mounted on two taper roller bearings on the front and one roller bearing at the rear end.

Panther 1350/1650 series provides a special drop worm type feed with one finger control for easy operation to engage and disengage the feed rod. This greatly increases operator efficiency. In addition to this, it should be noted that the design is such that the feed rod and the thread rod are separate and this greatly reduces wear and tear. Optionally a third starting shaft with footbrake can also be provided.

PANTHER Heavy Duty All Geared Lathe Machine - 2050/3050 Series

PANTHER Heavy Duty All Geared Lathe Machine - 2050/3050 Series “Panther” 2050 & 3050 Series Lathes are the ideal solution for mid range sized jobs. This series can work on jobs up to diameters of 420 mm and lengths of 5000 mm. In addition they feature a removable gap piece which allows diametric jobs of diameters as high as 930 mm.

As with all our other products, this series also features Flame Hardened Bedways and Hardened Profile Ground Head Stock Gears.

In addition, the head stock spindle is made from high tensile steel which is duly hardened and ground and runs in precision taper roller bearings. They also have a maintained contact starting shaft.

The spindle bore on 2050 machines are 52 mm and on 3050 series are 80 mm. They also have 8 spindle speeds with a range of 30 – 1235 rpm in the 2050 series and of 20 – 835 rpm on 3050 series.

All components used are of the highest quality and every step of the manufacturing process is meticulously controlled to realize a high quality product.

PANTHER Extra Heavy Duty All Geared Lathe Machine with Planar Bed - 4310/5610/6610 Series

PANTHER Extra Heavy Duty All Geared Lathe Machine with Planar Bed - 4310/5610/6610 Series “Panther 4310, 5610, 6610 Series All Geared Heavy Duty Precision Lathes are ideal for Heavy Duty Jobs. In this series, the maximum size that can be accommodated is a diameter of 1 M and a length of 6 M.

Keeping the job sizes in mind, we have designed this lathe with some very special features. The bed casting is a single piece (unibody) casting which ensures high rigidity. In addition to this, the bed is planar in nature again enhancing the stability of the structure and lowering the center of gravity. As usual with all our products, the bedways are flame hardened and ground while the head stock spindle is precision ground. It runs in one taper roller bearing and one ball bearing in the front side and one taper roller bearing in the rear side.

The Headstock gears are made of special alloy steel and the spindle nose is of bayonet type.

The tailstock also features a very rigid design to ensure stability under all cutting conditions.

Drop worm type feed engager, two speed gear box, control panel integration with the apron gear box and rapid saddle movement are some of the other features of Panther 4310, 5610, 6610 Series Heavy Duty Lathes.

SAMSON Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL)

Samson Single Column Vertical Turret Lathes are Versatile Machines which are suitable for machining parts for almost every type of industry. Boring, Tapering, Surfacing as well as grooving & cutting off jobs can be carried out on this machine.

The table adopts a heavy duty thrust ball bearings With accuracy for rolling guideways for the spindle. Cylindrical Roller Bearings are used to enhance the accuracy in rotary precision and its load capacity of the table.

The cross slide is fitted with a pentagonal turret and side head (optional) can be supplied with a square turret. The electrical control panel is controlled for higher reliability. The Horizontal Trailing Wires used are from Igus, Germany and the case of the Push Button Station is from Meccano, also based in Germany.

The overall appearance is very proportionate, beautiful and user friendly.
