Precisionly made on Thread Rolling Machine with opposite helix flutes for zero axial thrust. Top Rollers and Fibre have continuous contact between top and bottom rollers. Rollers made of EN9 steel and induction hardened and ground to close tolerances. Rollers completely hardchrome plated which helps to reduce the lapping. Rollers can be interchanged.
The rollers are available for Draw Frames, Comber, Ribbon lap and Sliver lap machines .

Made of good graded cast iron. Flexible enough for wide range of middle and Back Bottom Roller Slide settings. Stand bottom designed with slot to move forward and backwards to get the desired spinning angles. 45° and 60° plane angle Roller stand available.
