The motorized lubrication unit offered by us comprises electric motor, reservoir ranging from 3 ltrs to 100 ltrs, oil filler, suction strainer, pressure switch, pressure relief valve and bleed valve. These motorized lubrication units are single or 3-phase electrically operated and designed to run intermittently for single shot lubrication. The on time of the electric motor is normally 5 seconds. During this time, pump coupled with the motor discharge oil under pressure. And, immediately after unit is switched off, oil pressure comes down to approximately 1 Kg/cm2 due to pressure reducing valve. The float switch incorporated in the reservoir is meant for sensing oil level. It becomes critical and can be used as warning for topping up the resevoir with oil.

We manufacture lubrication timer that are used in lubrication systems where pressure switch and float switch are provided for sensing the pressure load. These also sense the low oil level. Such lubrication systems have on time of 5 sec as well as an adjustable fixed and off time between 2 to 240 min. Application: Our manual grease pump is used for applying grease to bearing and other moving part of machines and other lightly machines having 1 to 20 lubrication point.
Working: Grease is sucked through suction port on pulling the handle of pump and grease comes out under pressure through check value on pushing handle of pump. To push the grease further in suction port, spring pressure through follower plate is exerted over the top surface of the grease.
Equipment: The main pump unit is made up of purely transparent acrylic reservoir for storage of grease. A tell tale rod is provided for sensing the grease level and follower plate assembly is provided for helping in positive suction of grease. It contains two outlet parts of 1/4" BSP right and left side in which one is used as air bleed valve and second port is used as an outlet. A non-return valve is provided in the system of the outlet port to check reverse flow of grease.
Filling of Grease: The pump has the provision for grease to be filled manually or with another pump. Grease filling from pump 1/4: part is provided. In manual filling, one needs to remove follower plate, spring, top cover and fill the grease from the top of the reservoir and to fit all the components by pressure. To remove air, the bleed plug is unscrewed, the handle is put maximum out and the follower plate is pressed by knob till grease comes out from bleed plug.
Distribution System: In order to distribute the grease to the available lubrication points, a Progressive block is used in sequence one after another. In addition to that, progressive blocks are added as per requirement.

The progressive block comprises inlet and outlet ports to apply oil or grease through lubrication systems in various machinery and equipment. The progressive block is used to divide the metered amount of grease to each outlet port. This is done by the pins moving to and fro in controlled bores of the block.
