Unique Rubber operations are audited and certified for TS:16949:2002 standards by TUV Bayern, Germany. Our system is also regularly audited by major automobile filter companies and other customers who have given us a high ranking. The quality assurance and technical service laboratory is equipped with the most advanced testing facilities and manned by highly experienced and qualified personnel.

The R & D department is actively engaged in the development of new components and improvement of the quality of our existing products.
Unique Rubber places great emphasis on innovation and process development to continually offer improved products and services.

The Machinery
The company is fully equipped with the required machinery such as mixing mill, hydraulic-molding machines, stencil cutting machines, buffing, grinding and washing systems to produce the required components.

The Quality Assurance Laboratory
The quality assurance and technical services laboratory is equipped with the most advanced testing facilities, and manned by highly experienced and qualified personnel. The company also has a well equipped lab with facilities for oil immersion test, dry oven test, compression set, elongation and tensile strength test, specific gravity test and ash content.

Capacity
The current facility including the administration department is 10,000 sq. ft., which has the capacity of 20 million Pcs. per month with the spare capacity of 5 million pcs.
