Rama Shyma Papers Limited was incorporated on August 2nd, 1995 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company came into production in 1999.The works and the registered office is located at Village Rajau Paraspur of District Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh adjoining Delhi and Administrative office at 114 Bhagwati Complex Extn, Near Circuit House Chauraha Civil Lines, Bareilly. This place is at a distance of 12 Kms from Bareilly on Bareilly - Lucknow Highway.

The Company manufacturers agro based Kraft paper which finds its use in the packaging Industry especially Corrugated Boxes and for other packaging requirements. The special feature of its Kraft paper is its strength to bear the load which makes it most suitable for Packaging application.

The overall affairs of the company are looked after by Shri Dinesh Goyal [FCA] along with Shri Abhinav Agarwal [B.E] and Shri Paawan Agarwal [B.Tech,MBA] with the assistance of Managers in different departments such as production, Engineering workshop and Quality Control.

Environmental issues are the major concern for survival of any pulp and paper industry. Any expansion or green field project is based on environmental friendly technologies. In present market where awareness towards the environmental protection is increasing day by day, viability of any environmental friendly concept is more important. Proper arrangement is made to maximize recycling of process water which will reduce fresh water consumption and generation of total quantity of effluent. Effluent treatment plant consists primary and secondary clarifier, aeration tank and sludge drying machine etc. Dust and unburnt Carbon emission are arrested by suitable Dust Collector venture Scrubber.
