Vibro Sifter
Promas™Vibro Sifter is multi layer screening unit to separate mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid, and gradation of materials in accordance with their shapes & sizes. Available in the Six models of 340 mm, 450 mm, 750 mm,1200 mm,1500 mm, and 1800 mm, our elegant Vibro Sifters have found a wide range of applications in the fields of pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food, Drug, Detergent, etc. Our ingenious Vibro Sifter can be mounted on the main platform without bolting, so that it can easily be removed for cleaning. The feed rate is also controllable.

Multi Mill
Our efficient and elegant Multi Mills are used widely for the wet & dry granulation, pulverization etc. in various types of applications such as Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Chemicals, Dyes, Colours, Food Products, Spices, Detergents, Insecticides, Plastics & Resins, Fertilizers etc. A self-contained portable unit, which is used for a wide range of dry & wet Pulverizing, Mixing, Shredding and Chopping etc at a high speed. The unit consists of AISI 304/316 quality hopper, processing blades, suitable screen, reversible switch, DOL starter, four-speed arrangement, container & pillar mounted on base plate with castor wheels for easy mobility.



Colloid Mill
Our Colloid Mills are used in a wide range of applications in the fields of Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Cosmetic, and also in the water treatment plants. It operates successfully for products, which must be ground & well dispersed. It disintegrates particles faster & uniform swivelling without forming of agglomerates and for the homogenizing of products in one pass. The Colloid Mill can be used as in line unit (horizontal execution) for the continuous operation in a process line, or with a funnel & circulation line (vertical execution).



Vacuum Dryer
PROMASTM Double Cone Vacuum Dryer is capable of removing complete water or other solvent from wet powders coming from a filtration unit or centrifuge. It can be used as an effective dryer, fast mixer & blender or homogenizer. It can also be used as a granulator. The dryer is suitable for raw materials drying & mixing powder or granule of Pharmaceutical Materials, Crystalline, Insecticides, Pesticides, Food industry & heat sensitive products.

Planetary Mixer
PROMASTM Planetary Mixer is an ideal mixer for the products of different viscosities, densities, shapes, and proportions. The major uses include the production of latexes, adhesives, personal care & cleaning products, dispersion & micro-dispersion of chemicals & agricultural pesticide formulations. The interchangeability of homogenizer blades are possible to suit the mixing requirements of various products. It is suitable for mixing / blending powders as well as thorough mixing of ointments, creams, lotions, toothpastes, resins, slurries, ceramics, colours, pigments, rubber & other compounds etc.



Ball Mill
Promas™ Ball Mills are provided with vertical cylindrical/conical jacketed body with electrical heaters & controllers. The mill is provided with stainless steel balls. These balls are stirred by stirrer, made out of rods which are welded to main shaft in ‘+’ shape. The stirrer speed is generally provided as 300 RPM. Various models from 20 Ltrs. To 1000 Ltrs. are available.




Octagonal Blender
Our Octagonal Blender is widely used for blending the most delicate & fragile free-flow products like powder or granules in 10 to 20 minutes. It is also the best way to mix very heavy and abrasive products, including colours, plastics, flour, drugs, pharmaceuticals, metal powders, minerals, fibers, and various other products. The outstanding features of our Octagonal Blenders are less energy consumption, short cycle times, and better efficiency.



Universal Mixer
Promas™ Universal Mixer cum Dryer & Blender is ideal for high valued & low volume products to be dried, mixed or blended under vacuum at atmospheric temperature or comparatively low temperature without any loss of product in grams during these processes. The dryer is also suitable for drying the product maximum 850*C under vacuum, and with precise control over temperature. The unit is suitable for intensive mixing/drying/cooling & homogenizing of paste, slurry, powder or granules. The precise control of RPM of main stirrer gives various parameters for drying, mixing & blending the product.



Rotary Mixer
Contra Rotary Mixer is an ideal mixer for the products of high viscosity & density. It is suitable for thorough mixing / blending of tooth paste, grease, and various other viscous compounds. Filter Press
Our Filter Presses are manufactured from AISI 304-304L / 316-316L quality. The range of Stainless Steel Sparkler type Filters ensures precisely the right filtration characteristics for all application in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Beverages, distilleries & Food industries. All joints are argon arc welded and polished to mirror finish. The type of pump depends upon the Chemical and Physical properties of the liquid to be filtered. All necessary connection i.e. pressure gauge, safety valve and air vent valve are provided.
