Started in the year 2004 Ostrich Mobility Instruments is a technology company dedicated to design, develop and manufacture high quality mobility equipments in India. The tie up with SSS Industriess for manufacturing the products resulted in producing “verve”, a powered wheel chair for indoor applications in 2006. The “Verve” is a result of long-term research, feedback from many users, consulting doctors from various medical fields and bench marking existing powered wheel chairs.
In 2007 “Ostrich Mobility Instruments became Private Limited” with its corporate office located at Bommasandra Industrial Area in Bangalore.

We call our mobility equipments as “OSTRICH  e-Wheels”
The new models Ostrich –Pristine and Ostrich- Verve offers features that add glamour and dignity to your mobility.The invention  split frame chassis (under process of patenting) allow Ostrich’s  to have all four wheels in contact with the ground even in tough terrain conditions and thus gives exceptional drive control and handling. This technology allows easy maneuvering in tough road conditions. All Ostrich’s are built for reliability and durabilityThese products are very useful in hospitals, old age homes, airports, railway stations, and bus stations and also can be used as neighborhood electric vehicles.
