LPG HARDENING & TEMPERING FURNANCE

We have developed our own control system for the LPG furnaces. Our system is definitly better by the virtue of following:
1. Complete solution under one roof.
2. System developed by us is a result of Practical experience of 7 years in this field.
3. Our Burners are imported from Germany.
4. Our system have Flame Sensors, developed by us, which lead to correct Air -Gas mixture, which leads to lower consumption of Gas and higher efficiency.

5. Suitable for almost all kind of applications. Large LPG systems are PLC based which result in accuracy and efficiency.
6. Large LPG systems are PLC based which result in accuracy and efficiency.
7. The PLC software is developed by us and improved year by year in order to achieve best results.
Our LPG systems are applicable for Forging units, Hardening and Tempering units, Bakers, food ovens
and many more.
Our LPG system developement have shown improvement in quality of product. It have reduced the Scaling Problems , which leads to make savings by upto 4%.
