Coordinating sampling – Fit sampling, Pre-Production sampling, Photo sampling etc.
Production Planning – preparation of critical path taking into account the critical stages involved.
Production follow up – daily and weekly progress analysis.
Online Quality Control – scheduled and unscheduled inspections for quality monitoring.
Shipment Inspection – Final inspection AQL 2.5.
Shipment management – Arranging and monitoring shipment for timely delivery.
