We are manufacturing Fan less Fill less Cooling Towers which ranges from 30TR to 1000TR, Maintenance free. Power saver cooling tower, suitable for all applications. Less space occupies, no motor, no fan and no PVC fills required for this type of cooling towers. Also Wooden Type Induced and Natural Draught Cooling Towers are also available.
FRP COOLING TOWERS
We are in this field since 1994 and have supplied more than 1800 cooling towers all over TamilNadu.
The capacity ranges from 10 TR to 1000 TR. Both Sprinkler type models & Water distribution system models are available with us.
Our cooling towers can be used for industrial or domestic cooling applications. We can design and manufacture the FRP cooling towers as per customer's cooling requirement.
DRY COOLING TOWERS
Coil Type Dry Cooling Towers devised by us, are used for high temperature applications. These towers are specifically suitable for Generators, Water Cooled Compressors, Induction Furnaces and for Process Colling.
Advantages of our Dry Cooling Towers are listed below:
• Water consumption is minimum
• No scale formation
• Cleaning of Heat Exchangers not required
• Minimal movable parts viz. fan and motor

WEATHER PROOF CHILLERS
Air Cooled Chillers and Water Cooled Chillers are available from 1 TR to 750 TR with temperature ranges from +40 C to -50 C. Our Chilling plants ensure easier control and maintenance of the system. IP 55 Panel protection for weather proof usage.
HEAT EXCHANGER
Our Heat Exchangers are suitable for different applications viz. Generators, Air Compressors, Inter Coolers Chillers and Chemical Processes as per client's requirements.Drop in Temperature can be acheived even 40 C.
Our range of heat exchangers includes :
• Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers(Mild Steel,Stainless Steel & Copper)
• Plate Type Heat Excahngers (Aluminum Finned, Copper & Stainless Steel)
INSTRUMENTATION, CALIBRATION & AUTOMATION
We undertake efficient Instrumentation & Calibration by checking or adjusting the accuracy of a measuring instrument, in accordance to the set standards. We offer these services in our advanced technical workshop, in efficient, prompt and economical manner.
We also develop Water Treatments Chemicals to prevent and remove the scales & algae formation & corrosion in Boilers, Cooling Towers, Induction Furnace, Plastic Injection Moulding Machine, Heat Exchangers etc. The Descaling Process is also undertaken. All these projects are efficaciously undertaken with the continued support of our personnel and experts in the related fields.
CENTRALISED AC & HUMIDIFIER
We also undertake the projects related to Centralised Air Conditioning, Humidification, Ventilation and Refrigeration's on turnkey basis. We also provide consultancy for these projects, with the continued support of our technical experts.
