Switch Gear

Numerical Relays
Relays are placed between two circuits to provide electrical isolation in electrical equipment in order to protect any damage that may be caused due to high voltage. A relay consists of a coil, which may be energised by the low-voltage circuit and one or more sets of switch contacts, which may be connected to the high-voltage circuit.
