Liquid waterproof coating (Q CLEAR) offered by us are easy to apply liquid and are ideal to be used as an anti corrosive primer for metal surfaces, steel structures, G.I sheets, pipes, machinery etc. Being an excellent water proofer, it provides effective concrete and other absorbent surface waterproofing.

Application:

Method of Application First of all the surface must be prepared properly. The entire surface must be clean, free from dirt, grease, oil and other loose particles. Fill the visible cracks, joints and gaps with crack filler. Allow it to cure for 24 hrs. , Observe the filled area, if required fill the cracks once again to the level of the surface. Mix the container well and apply one coat of Q CLEAR on the prepared surface, allow it to dry for 4-6 hours. Apply the 2nd coat of Q CLEAR. If subsequent coats are required then apply at an interval of 6 hours. It is recommended to apply Q CLEAR on a bone-dry surface. Paint can be applied as a topcoat over Q CLEAR coating directly.

Important Precautions Being inflammable, it should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and naked flames. Working areas should be ventilated. Smoking should not be permitted during application.

Coverage :

• The coverage depends on the type of the surface.
• First coat... smooth surface --- 50-60 sqft
• Second coat ... smooth surface --- 55-65 sqft 

Cleaning :

• Clean all containers, brushes, tools and hands with mineral turpentine. 

Storage :

• Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
• Shelf life one year if kept in sealed containers.

Description

polyseal is most economical cement based waterproofing material.It is applied as surface treatment on concrete brickwork as well as block work.It penetrates into pores of material by capillary action and channeled to the lower depth of the concrete by moisture present even into smallest pores and capillaries.It provides deep penetration and permanent protection against freshwater and salt water under pressure.Cure coating of polyseal also reduces risk of effluences and salting. The alkali silicates combined with water and free calcium particles to form crystal.This is known as crystallization process.Once the crystals have been formed,they remain permanent.Thus the lower depth of concrete form an integral mass with the surface which cannot be blown off by hydrostatic pressure.It can withstand upto 70m hydrostatic pressure.

Uses

Surface Preparation :

All concrete surface to be treated with polyseal must be cleaned and have an open capillary system.Remove dirt,grease etc.by means of high pressure water.Surface must be prewetted before application.The concrete surface must be damp but not wet.

Mixing Ratio

To make slurry for application,20kg of polyseal required 12-14kg of clean water,mix only as much material as it can be used.

Curing:

The treated area should be kept damp for 5days and must be protected against direct sun,windand frost by covering polyethylene sheet..

Coverage:

Two course of polyseal which is applied by the brush are spray gives coverage of approx. 1kg/sq.m.

Shelflife:

12month from date of manufacturing when it kept in tightly sealed bag in dry and at moderate temp.

Anti Corrossive, Set Reducing, Superplasticising Admixture

Description
QPLAST is a high performance super plasticizing admixture for use in concrete and Portland cement. QPLAST admixture helps in reducing setting times in general and specially in lower atmospheric temperature, produce early high and ultimate increased strengths. It reduces bleed and segregation and improves workability too. QPLAST does not contain any added chloride ions ensuring that the product does not support corrosion of reinforcing steel. Being anti corrosive in nature, helps concrete and steel to prevent corrosion.

The effect of QPLAST is dependent upon the cement properties and the type of plasticizers u in the concrete mix. The setting time and early strength gain may be affected if strong retarders are used in the mix.
Corrosivity - Non Corrosive
QPLAST admixture will neither initiate nor promote corrosion of reinforcing steel, pre or concrete placed on galvanized steel floor and roof systems.
Rate of hardening
The temperature of the concrete mix and the ambient temperature (forms, earth, reinforcement, air, etc.) affect the hardening rate of concrete. Within the normal dosage rang reduce the setting times of concrete containing normal portland cement approximately by 1 hour to 3 hours compared to a plain concrete mix, depending on materials at site and temperatures. Trial mixes should be made with site material approximating the job site conditions to determine the dosage required. It is strongly recommended that concrete should be properly cured particularly in windy and dry climates.

Appliction Instructions
Dosage
The optimum dosage determined by site trails with a specific concrete mix which enables the effects of workability, strength gain and setting time to be measured.
The rate of addition of QPLAST is typical between 160 ml to 400ml per 100 kg cement. At dosage beyond 400ml per 100kg of cement, it may act as a retarding plasticizer.
Over dosage
An overdose of double the recommended amount of QPLAST will result in a slight increase in initial acceleration, but will not alter the strength or characteristics of the cured concrete or mortar.
Mixing
QPLAST should be stirred before use. QPLAST is a ready-to-use liquid which is dispensed into the concrete together with the mixing water. The dispersing of admixture shall be more uniform if the admixture is added to the damp concrete after 50 to 70% of the mixing water has been added. The addition of QPLAST to dry aggregate or cement is not recommended.
CURING:
Normal curing methods such as water ponding / spray or wet Hessian must be used.

Storage
This product has a minimum shelf life of 12 month when stored under normal temperature. It should be protected from extreme temperature and preferably stored in shade.

Precautions
• Wear suitable protective gloves and goggles.
• In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Longer contact with skin produces irritations. Spillages of this product should be absorbed onto sand

Q MARK (High abrasion resistant road marking paint)

Description
Q MARK is a specially formulated acrylic co polymer water based fast drying road marking paint for concrete and bituminous surface. It is applied cold by brush or spray. It has excellent abrasion resistance and concrete as well as bituminous surfaces. It has good colour retention and UV resistance along with anti algae and anti fungal properties

These are used on road dividers, zebra crossings, speed breakers, lane bifurcations and similar markings.

Application Instructions
• Paint should be thoroughly stirred before use.

Coverage
1 Ltr. QMARK mixed with 25 to 30% clean potable water will cover approx. 3.0 mt. area in 2 coats depending upon the surface.

Storage
