Heat Insulation Coatings  
  We are engaged in trading of Heat Insulation Coatings. This is the insulation coatings used on the external areas of the buildings such as roof, balcony and entry point. Outdoor areas are exposed to direct sunlight and rainfall. Therefore, the roof tops and balcony railings should be coated with thermal resistant paints. Our building paints are highly acknowledged for the known features such as UV resistance, water proof and excellent shining appearance.

Ridex Thermoseal 

How Does it Work?
  • The heat reflective paint when dried, forms a fine layer on the roof surface. The ceramic beads in that produce a radiant barrier and reflect the heat back to the atmosphere.
  • Ridex thermoseal is a strong, tough coating, formulated with hollow-core ceramic micro spheres, strands and irregular particulate in a complex 100% acrylic suspension with superior adhesion and abrasion resistance.
  • The heat reflective paint is ideal for use on Asbestos sheets, Galvanized steel, Enameled steel, Aluminium roofing, Cement tiles, Clay tiles, RCC roofs, Polycarbonate sheets and Asphalt shingles.
  • White is recommended for maximum thermal benefits.

FLOOR SCREEDS / SUBS ON GROUND : Floor screeds/Slabs on ground are used in various forms, ranging from very thin 10 mm (3/8in) final floor toppings to layers of greater thickness up to 80 mm (3m) which may be used for encapsulating heating elements. In all cases the superior impact and crack resistance of fiber reinforced screeds enables them to be laid more thinly than conventional screeds whilst giving better performance. Anti-Crak fiber content may be relatively high (1%) in the thinnest screeds, and less than 1 kg/m3 (2lb/yd3) in thicker forms. 

READY MIX CONCRETE :
 For control of early plastic shrinkage cracking and general improvement of concrete, Anti-Crak fiber is effective at any addition rate as low as 0.6kg/m3 (1 lb/ yd3) and is added to normal concrete mixes without any change in formulation. A particular benefit of glass fiber, however is that its easy mixing characteristics allow addition of higher dosages. for example up to 10 kg/m3 (17lb/yd3) and at these levels of addition the hardened, long-term properties of the concrete are usefully improved. 

PRECAST CONCRETE :
Small additions of Anti-Crak fibers can be used in precast concrete components to effect useful improvements. For example, in conventional steel reinforced precast cladding panels or civil engineering elements, the addition of only 2-4 kg/m3 (4-7lb/yd3) of Anti-Crak in concrete, can give benefits of avoidance of cracking, elimination of edge or demoulding damage. and an improvement in surface finish and appearance. At higher addition rates, for example 18kg/m3 (30 lb/ yd3) of concrete, Anti-Oak HP fibers can be ttoe sole reinforcement, without the need for conventional steel mesh, in small precast items such as channels and boxes.

 RENDERS / STUCCO : Anti-Crak fiber, with an addition rate of 0.05% of HD up to 1.5% of HP contributes to a highly successful render/stucco system. Applied by either spraying or trowelling to a thickness of 4-10 mm (l/8-3/8m). the finished render has superior resistance to impact and shrinkage cracking and is less permeable to water than normal sand-cement render, fiber reinforced render/ stucco is also used in dry blockwall construction and external insulation systems. In many cases Anti-Crack fiber is dry-blended with other mix components and the whole supplied to the site in bagged form. 

GUNITE / SHOTCRETE :
 Anti-Crak fiber at up to 1% by weight of total rrvx can be added to normal sprayed concrete mixes, giving a crack resistant and impact resistant lining from a relatively thin layer compared with normal sprayed concrete. Both dry guniting and wet sprayed concrete process can utilize Anti-Crak fiber reinforcement. Major benefits of Anti-Crak glass fiber compared with other fiber types are reduced rebound and wastage, and a non-hazardous surface which does not need a final protective coat.

 ANTI-CRAK FIBERS : High Tensile Strength (1700 Mpa) 3-4 times higher than that of steel. High Elastic Modulus 10 times that of polypropylene. 

Excellent Corrosion Resistance Alkali and acid resistant. Do not rust. 

Easy to Incorporate Do not protrude or spring back from the surface Disperse instantly in the concrete.

Industrial Cellulose Fibers  
  We offer our clients with industrial cellulose fibers widely used in the Paint and Coating Industry. These industrial cellulose fibers provide reinforcement and sag resistance to tile grout to enable it to hold in place on vertical surface. Generally used between 2-4 % percent by weight, these cellulose fibers prevent oil migration and increase tensile strength. Moreover, these are also used for cellulose fiber in paint formulations.

Applications :


 1) Acrylic Tennis Court Coating Plexi Color Line Paint Fortified Plexipave Acrylic Resurfacer Concrete or Asphalt

 2) Textured Paint Cellulose Fibers are used in textured paint for a variety of reasons. It can provide a fibrous appearance, which is an alternative to the popcorn effect in ceiling paints. It can also provide additional reinforcement to the film that can reduce mud cracking.

 3) Putty Compounds Pipe Sealants compounds use Cellulose Fibers to produce a putty mastic viscosity.

 4) Extruded Asphalt Rubber Sealants Cellulose Fibers provide oil absorption to asphalt/rubber performed sealants to eliminate oil migration during storage and application. 

5) Grouts Cellulose Fibers provide reinforcement and sag resistance to tile grout to enable it to hold in place on vertical surfaces. It is generally used between 2-4% percent by weight. 6) Epoxy Mastics
 Epoxy mastics have used Cellulose Fibers. Cellulose Fibres provides sag resistance, and flow control, but textured the film, which was acceptable in several concrete repair applications. 

7) White Acrylic Roof Coatings Use Cellulose Fibers

  HAG WR 100 is a 100% silicon water repellent based on silicone multifunctional polymer technology, which yields micro emulsion upon dilution with water. HAG WR 100 provides excellent water repellence within 48 hours of application which further improves depending upon surface to surface.HAG WR 100 protects surfaces from damage caused by water intrusion and seepage, chloride ion intrusion, cracking caused by freeze/thaw cycles, spalling, scaling and helps prevent efflorescence and lime run.

Metallic floor hardener is an ideal and economical for heavy and light duty industrial flooring, workshops, warehouse and so may other places where heavy movement of goods take place.
