Since 16 Blocks are produced per stroke in this machine, manual feeding is very difficult and time consuming thus reducing production. Auto feeder eliminated this draw back and helps to speed up production. We have fixed Heavy Vibrator in this machine. This Heavy Vibration gives the blocks a very smooth finishing, more strength and attractive look. The parts used are of superior quality. The switches and connectors in the panel board are of ABB make. Valve is of Italian make. The pump and valve will give very good performance without any trouble for about 10 years. Hydraulic Cylinders are own manufactured, and hydraulic hose is of USA Make. During the 2 years guarantee period, in the event of any problem to any parts (which normally will be- nil) free replacement will be made.
